What is included in each Karmbox?
Each Karmbox is carefully curated around a specific theme, such as self-discovery, abundance, or independence. Inside you’ll find a selection of mindful tools, such as crystals, affirmation cards, journals, candles, and ritual items, along with guided instructions to help you create meaningful self-care practices at home.

Are the products in the box always the same?
No, part of the magic of Karmbox is that each drop is limited and unique. While the theme remains the same, the exact items may vary month to month. This keeps your rituals fresh, inspiring, and aligned with the season’s energy. Plus new themed boxes will be added throughout the year.

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can expect your box to arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship within the UK only. Expanding to international shipping is something we’re exploring for the future, sign up to our newsletter for updates on when this becomes available.

What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of our curated boxes, we can only accept returns or offer replacements for items that arrive defective or damaged. If your box or any of its contents arrive in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Yes, ethical sourcing and sustainability is at the heart of Karmbox. We work closely with trusted suppliers to ensure our crystals and wellness items are responsibly sourced, cruelty-free, and packaged in recyclable or reusable materials wherever possible.
